During this phase, participants come together to brainstorm innovative ideas that address real-world challenges across diverse domains like AI, Web, App Development, IoT, or Cybersecurity. Teams, usually consisting of 2–8 members, are encouraged to combine complementary skills — from coding and design to problem-solving and presentation — ensuring a balanced and efficient workflow. Participants analyze the given problem statements, explore potential use cases, and select an idea that aligns with both their interests and expertise. Mentors and facilitators guide them in refining their concepts, defining a clear problem statement, identifying target users, and outlining a practical solution roadmap.
